This type is the largest. The problem is that the expansion coefficients of the metal conductive layer on the surface and the transparent plastic
substrate below are different after being heated, resulting in delamination and deformation. Secondly, the conductivity of the metal conductive
layer is not high and the brightness is very low. Usually the brightness can only be 1500CD/M; There are also various circuit designs, as long as the transparent effect can be achieved.
There are two types of film screens, one is a hard light bar, or a hollow PCB, and then a groove in the shape of the PCB is carved into a transparent
plastic sheet (such as PC, acrylic, etc.), and then the PCB is placed in the groove , then cover it with a film, and stick the other surface to the glass
with adhesive, like a layer of LED light film. It is actually relatively thick, and the relatively thin ones are 2.5mm thick. Most film screens are like this.
